S_DEVELOP – is the general authorization object for ABAP Workbench objects. You use it to grant access authorizations for all ABAP Workbench components, e.g. ABAP development tools, Dictionary and Data Modeler, Screen Painter, Function Builder, Repository Brownser, SAP Smartforms.
